קטלוג הפרסומים ההוצאה לאור תש ע 2010 האקדמיה הלאומית הישראלית למדעים

ההוצאה לאור של האקדמיה הלאומית הישראלית למדעים מפרסמת כתבים שיש בהם כדי לקדם את המדע, על פי החלטות ועדת הפרסומים. פרסומי האקדמיה כוללים פ רות של תכניות מחקר ומפעלים שהיא יזמה ואשר נועדו לשמש תשתית לפעילות מדעית, כל אחד בתחומו, וכן חיבורים שנמצאו מתאימים למדיניות הפרסום של האקדמיה. רוב הפרסומים במדעי הרוח הם מהדורות מדעיות של מקורות ושל כתבי יד בתחומים כגון תולדות עם ישראל, תולדות המחשבה והדת היהודית, הגות ימי הביניים ולשונות היהודים. מגוון רחב של תחומי מחקר בא לידי ביטוי במונוגרפיות ובקבצים שעובדו מימי עיון ומסדנאות שנערכו בחסות האקדמיה. בסדרה דברי האקדמיה הלאומית הישראלית למדעים מתפרסמות הרצאות שנישאו באירועים שהאקדמיה ערכה בביתה. בתחום מדעי הטבע מתפרסמים חיבורים בסדרות Flora Palaestina ו Fauna Palaestina מטעם ועדת הפאונה והפלורה של ארץ ישראל, שמטרתה לפרסם מונוגרפיות על קבוצות בעלי חיים וצמחים של ארץ ישראל ופרסומים נלווים בתחומי האקולוגיה ומגוון המינים. בסדרת ההרצאות על שם אלברט איינשטיין מתפרסמות הרצאות שנישאו באירוע השנתי של האקדמיה מפי מדענים ידועי שם בתחומי מדע מגוונים. בקרו באתר האינטרנט של האקדמיה: www.academy.ac.il איור העטיפה: לוח אל ף בי ת של כתב ספרדי מרובע המייצג את כתיבתו של יוסף בן שמואל ברצלוני משנת 1202. מתוך: מלאכי בית אריה ועדנה אנגל, אסופות כתבים עבריים מימי הביניים, ב: כתב ספרדי, הוצאת האקדמיה הלאומית הישראלית למדעים, תשס ב, לוח 15. עיצוב הקטלוג: סטודיו שמעון שניידר

The mandate of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities includes the publication of writings calculated to promote scholarship and science. Titles are selected on the basis of academic merit by an interdisciplinary Publications Committee composed of Academy members. This series is among the products of the Academy s Hebrew Palaeography Project, whose goal is to document the codicological characteristics graphic, technical and physical of all the surviving mediaeval Hebrew manuscripts bearing notations of date, place and copyist, to process and classify these characteristics, and thus to place at the disposal of scholars substantiated means for identifying the provenance and estimating the date of other manuscripts. Part II: Le Glossaire de Leipzig The Leipzig Glossary, composed toward the end of the thirteenth century in the Norman capital of Rouen, is a complete glossary of the entire Hebrew Bible, accompanied by translations of the words of the biblical text into Old French and by numerous rabbinic interpretations. When the Jews were expelled from France in the early fourteenth century, the book was carried to the German-speaking region of southern Alsace, and translations into Middle High German were added in the margins.
